Overall, it's a fantastic hotel that just needs to pay a bit more attention to detail.

We had an outstanding four-night stay at Park Hyatt Saigon! The location was perfect, making it so easy to explore everything in Ho Chi Minh City on foot. The rooms were beautiful and impressively air-conditioned. The level of service we received from the staff, especially from Vu Ngoc Lan Anh, was exceptional, really enhancing our experience. The dining options were fantastic as well, especially the wonderful Italian restaurant, but be cautious about the mini bar prices. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we can't wait to return!
